The property is set in 5 acres of parkland & is bordered by the river Chelmer. There is a 2⅛ acre
paddock which is used for secure off road parking This leads directly onto the formal gardens also of
2⅛ acres & includes a lake together with ornamental ducks.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the beauty of the complete grounds including the rose garden with its revolving summer house. The suggested site for the marquee is on the tennis court lawn which has direct access to the paddock together with views of the lake & dovecote.
Little Easton is situated approximately 3 miles north west of Great Dunmow & has had many famous residents including the Countess of Warwick, HG Wells, Gustuv Holst & Sir Cliff Richard.
